From there, follow the prompts and then run the Wireless Setup Wizard to re-configure the printer to the network. To reset the network defaults, touch the 2nd icon from the top left (the little wireless icon), then navigate through the Wireless Menu and select Restore Network Defaults. If we reset the Network defaults it should clear the settings, you will need to reconfigure the printer to the network, and when you go to the EWS you will use the default Username and Password. Based on your description, I gather the password that was forgotten is for the Embedded Web Server (EWS). I would be happy to help you reset the printer settings so that you can return to the default password settings.
